Finch Packouts & Restoration is known for its meticulous detail and heartfelt concern through all stages of packout and restoration.
Packouts allow us to consider the contents of a home independently of the restoration of the structure and make sure everything is handled appropriately. Also, that in theory places a great deal of pressure upon the restoration process. Once we unload items from an unpleasant environment we can work much faster and must prevent further damage to your possessions.
We’re in Aviara and a burst valve in our upstairs bathroom caused water to pour into the hallway and down through the living room ceiling. Finch recommended full pack-out for living room furniture, décor, electronics so demo and drying could be done safely. Crew did fantastic job documenting every item, wrapped fragile décor, moved it all to climate-controlled storage. Kept us updated throughout restoration, returned our stuff neatly organized.
