At Finch Packouts & Restoration, most care is given in handling this. Items are removed from the damaged environment, an inventory is made, and storage is arranged while the restoration process proceeds. After the restoration of the property, items are returned to their original places.

Following abnormal water, fire, or any such inhibition, the felons use the state of the art processes for inventorying, documenting, packing, restoring, cleaning, and packing the contents of the property. The processes are streamlined for all while bringing very much‑needed empathy and attention to detail to every job.
Right after the disaster strikes, the first matter to attend to is the damage to the structure of the house or property. Meanwhile, the contents are the next priority, along with their costs for replacement. Then there is also escrow, emotional cost, and convenience.
Packouts allow us to consider the contents of a home independently of the restoration of the structure and make sure everything is handled appropriately. Also, that in theory places a great deal of pressure upon the restoration process. Once we unload items from an unpleasant environment we can work much faster and must prevent further damage to your possessions.
We’re in Leucadia and a supply line broke while we were at the Self-Realization Fellowship gardens. Water ran through upstairs bathroom, hallway, down into living room. Finch recommended full pack-out for living room so they could properly handle the water restoration. Team documented each piece, wrapped our coastal artwork carefully, moved it all to climate storage. Kept us informed throughout drying process.
